Newark's newest neighbourhood has welcomed its first residents

The showhomes are open and families are moving in to Middlebeck. Now’s the time to come along and discover all that the area has to offer – open green spaces and leisure facilities, a new primary school and the opportunity to enjoy a truly remarkable quality of life.

Buying a home

The first homes are underway at Middlebeck and are being built by Avant Homes. A range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom designs will be available to buy soon and you can register your interest now. Over the next year, further housebuilders will join Avant on site.

They are part of what we call our first phase, which will eventually comprise just over 1,000 homes.
