We have so many exciting plans for 2024 and can’t wait to start hosting classes which includes body conditioning, HIIT circuits, bootcamp, as well as yoga and Pilates.

“Our classes are completely inclusive and suitable for all, no matter how fit you are, so whether you’re looking to continue your journey, or if you’re just starting off, we can help! Just pop down and see us.”

With an active lifestyle at the heart of the masterplan for Middlebeck’s development, the opening of the new fitness facility forms part of Urban&Civic’s active hub initiative. Mark Redding, Communications and Partnerships Manager for Urban&Civic at Middlebeck, added: “We are really excited to announce the opening of Transform Middlebeck, having worked with the community to build and grow Middlebeck’s Active Hub.

“Alongside Transform Middlebeck, we are fortunate to have the Sustrans Route 64 running through the community, providing our residents with connections to the Nottinghamshire countryside where they can enjoy walking and cycling.
