Marketing Suites are now open

After an extensive review and in line with evolving advice from the government, Urban&Civic has been working with our housebuilder partners to establish appropriate procedures to welcome you back to Middlebeck to visit our show homes and marketing suites.

Visiting Middlebeck

All marketing suites at Middlebeck are now open by appointment only.

You can easily book an appointment through the housebuilders’ development pages or over the phone – details could be found our Buying a Home page. All sales teams have implemented a number of measures to help protect you. Below are some of the key measures you need to be aware of.

Upon arrival all visitors will be required to wait in their vehicles until they are called in by the sales adviser.

New health and safety signage has been installed to ensure social distancing is adhered to at all times.

You will be required to use other hand sanitising stations set at each marketing suite and wear gloves during your visit. Face masks will also be available but are not compulsory.

Please note that there will be no access to facilities or refreshments, however you are welcome to bring your own bottled drinks.

Full details will be provided and will be thoroughly explained to you upon booking your appointment with the housebuilder.

Please ensure you always follow the guidelines to help us protect everyone living, working and visiting Middlebeck.

Re-start of construction
Our housebuilders have begun a phased program to return to work at Middlebeck, to ensure that the new protocols and procedures can be fully implemented including social distancing measures.
